May Stamp of the Month & Blog Hop

Welcome to this month’s Stamp of the Month Blog Hop.  If you’re just getting started, that’s okay.  We hop in a circle and you can start anywhere.
If you've come from Haley Dyer’s blog, { www.inkyscrapper.blogspot.com }, welcome!  You’re on the right path.  This month’s stamp set is Friendship Bouquet.  I know a lot of people have looked forward to this stamp set since the Idea Book was released.  Now I can say, “It’s time, and it’s here!!!”

This month we’re already featuring the Dotty For You paper pack that’s just $5 with a $35 purchase from the Current Idea Book.  If you’re getting this stamp set for $5 with your $50 purchase, there’s a good chance that you’re already eligible for the Dotty For You.

With all that said and out of the way, here’s my cards where I used both the Stamp of the Month & the Dotty for you Papers with Chocolate cardstock and ink.
Not wanting to waste any of this beautiful dotty paper, the bottom card is created from center scrap that was removed when creating a frame on the top card.
The sunflowers were stamped in Chocolate directly on the yellow dotty paper.  The effect is a bit more subtle in real life.  They don’t look like they have chicken pox.

  1. Very pretty! No pox at all! I like the idea of stamping the flowers on B&T (but I'm not sure I want to do all that fussy cutting!).

  2. Love your cards, the chocolate and blue go so well with the sunflower!
