I'm still doing workshops in Everett! And more news

A couple people have recently asked if I'm doing workshops.  The answer is a HUGE Yes!  I'm hosting 4 events a month at the moment.  

Mondays are at Butter Notes Cafe at 909 North Broadway in Everett.  

I have two times: 

Daytime 1pm to 3:30 on the 2nd Tuesday of the month

Evening 6 to 8pm on the 4th Tuesday of the month

This is a great coffee & dessert shop with free parking.  My events usually are 3 cards for $10. You can select from several kits.  Pre-registering for $10 will get you a bonus card to create.  

My featured card kit will be $10 but you can upgrade to bigger kits when you arrive.

Happy Happenings

My 3rd workshop is at my home.  This one is FREE with purchase or $18.  

We'll create 5 unique cards that I've designed using current stamps & papers from Stampin' Up!  You'll see a fun fold, some coloring, use embossing folders and more!  

Merry Makers is a group of cardmakers in the area and beyond who craft all year to create Christmas Cards for Seniors in Washington State.  I've offered to host a week-day meet-up at my local library.  I'll teach a technique for creating a Christmas Tree with paper scraps and have a cutting guide.

It's featured a half circle folded into a tree shape.  My April Tutorial is almost complete and it involves no folding. 

This is bring your own supplies and 100% free event and is geared for all abilities.  It is very beginner friendly!  Please bring at least 8 A2 sized card bases, coordinating Christmas or red & green themed paper, paper trimmer, adhesive, embellishments and anything else you want to use that day.  There will be a few items to borrow or share at the event.  You can donate your card that day or keep them for donation later in the year.  

I call this a "& More" group because I'm not strictly limiting this to Merry Makers.  Everybody is welcome.  Kindly RSVP so I can be sure there's enough tables.  At this time, I only reserved half of the expandable classroom.

Upcoming Workshops in Everett, WA

Create these 4 cards using the Brushed with Beauty papers and learn new crafting techniques.  This is a learning class where I'll walk you through these cards step by step.  

There's two ways to join this class:  Free with a $50 purchase before January 9th OR $20 Solo Ticket or $30 for you and a friend.  Please RSVP by 1/9/25 so I can pre-cut for this workshop.  contact me @craftylalia on IG or FB or reply to this email.  

Join us at 1pm at Butter Notes Cafe to make 4 easy & coordinating cards.  Our featured kit is the Sweeter with You kit that will make cute every-day cards or even a Valentine.  I'll have extra sentiment stamps. A single kit of Sweeter with you is $12, a double kit for 8 cards, 2 of each is 10% off at $21.50.

Please bring a little extra cash to purchase a treat at the cafe counter.  Their specialty is Croffles.  It's a croissant dough cooked in a waffle iron topped with a huge variety of sweet and savory toppings.  They also have wonderful coffee including a big selection of dairy free milk and dairy free chocolate for mochas.  

In addition to the Sweeter with You kit shown above, I'll have additional kits available to purchase ranging from $10 to $38 including the kits I mentioned earlier!

With no school with the MLK Day observance, I invite you to bring your kids with you, but this is not a drop-off event.
