It’s been a great week for this blog!

Happy 10,000!  Some time on Thursday, I had my 10,000th blog visitor!  So if you’re reading this from my blog right now, THANK YOU!  You my readers, have been faithful to visit my blog and keep coming back!

This morning my email had a little surprise for me!  My project from a week ago was a “Pick of the Week” by Ruth over at Color My Heart’s blog.  It’s a blog which gives a color challenge each week and you have until Thursday evening to post a picture on your blog and give them a link to it.  It’s a fun group to be part of.  The bloom blocks was selected by Ruth as her pick of the week. 

Here’s another picture of them up on my plant shelf above my kitchen cupboards.  They’re up and installed!  I say installed because I mounted them on a 2x4 so they’d be up a little and not tip over.  Power tools were involved!  And I did it all by myself!

Christmas in July Contest!

Christmas in July--A Lucky Green Contest!

If you've talked to me recently, you'll know I'm very excited about the new CTMH Idea Book that's coming out August 1st.  So let's have a little contest!  I'm curious what the new Christmas colors are going to be.  Last year's Mistletoe paper pack featured Garden Green, New England Ivy,  as well as Cocoa and Cranberry.  You can still order the Mistletoe paper pack from Close to My Heart until July 31st via my website.
